El Centro de Arte Público fue una organización y colectivo de artistas fundado en 1977 y cerrado en 1979 en el barrio de Highland Park, Los Ángeles. Producía obra centrada en las escenas callejeras de la ciudad. Su antiguo edificio, en el 5605½ N. Figueroa Street, fue declarado Monumento Histórico-Cultural de Los Ángeles el 24 de agosto de 2021.
William Marquez Bejarano —entonces conocido como Guillermo Bejarano— fue parte del colectivo de 1976 a 1980 y co-editó ChismeArte, la revista de arte y literatura del Concilio de Arte Popular. Lo que sigue es su archivo.
