Tembo Base
A triptych in three panels — a hand reaching into water, a geometry of sun and earth, a hand holding the horizon. Painted in ochre and burnt gold over a blue band that runs the full length of the work.
Cataloguing note
The legacy site carried two small, faded captures of this triptych under the title Mayan Jazz, described as Hand/Nature, Face/Elements, Hand/Heart. Both have been replaced by this photograph. Title and date carried over from those records. This record is still being confirmed with the artist.
